Did you know that every human being goes in and out of hypnosis for a few seconds every day, throughout the day? Stanford University has a study regarding hypnosis and hypnotherapy:  https://med.stanford.edu/news/all-news/2016/07/study-identifies-brain-areas-altered-during-hypnotic-trances.html

Stanford University studied the benefits of hypnosis and hypnotherapy: “By scanning the brains of subjects while they were hypnotized, researchers at the School of Medicine were able to see the neural changes associated with hypnosis.”

Hypnotherapy is a natural state of mind and body. One example is:  Have you ever been driving to a destination, and you almost miss the exit because you were thinking about and visualizing something or someone else?  That is hypnosis with your eyes wide open!

Hypnosis and hypnotherapy have been used as early as the 18th century!  Here is a link regarding the skills and benefits of hypnosis:  https://hypnovitality.com/hypnosis/the-history-behind-hypnosis-hypnotherapy-dispelling-the-myths/

If you have been treated in traditional psychology modalities and you still feel there is something that may be clarified to live your best life, hypnosis and hypnotherapy may be a very viable modality that is complementary to traditional medical and psychological therapy.
