Do you sometimes wonder why you may not be in tune with your emotional and physical body? The Harvard School of Public Health discovered that our emotions are directly connected with our physical bodies. There may be a link with stress and heart disease and quite serious physiological and psychological health concerns. On the other hand, if you think and feel that you are doing the right thing for yourself and others, you are on the path to a healthier, happier life.
Have you ever felt uneasy in certain situations and/or with other individuals that were unsettling? Every thought you think creates feelings that may take you to certain actions or inactions that create results. When you can theoretically step back a bit and assess what you are thinking that will create the results you need and/or want; you will then be able to achieve the ultimate goals and dreams you desire.
