Are you finding yourself anxious, stressed, sad, and/or depressed? Have you or someone you care about lost a loved one recently? The current pandemic is bringing up so many feelings that you may have seldom felt in the past. It can also exacerbate any current negative thoughts, feelings and health conditions.
When this whole pandemic started in our communities, I myself began to feel a little depressed; not being able to see my family, friends, clients and colleagues. I am so grateful that my husband has been working from home for the past several months, so at least we could take breaks, have conversations and enjoy meals together, etc. Working most of the time at home has certainly been a shift for both of us, but in a positive way.
Those of you who know me well, know that I always try to see the “positive” aspect of every situation. In fact, one of my mantras is “A positive life begins with a positive mind!” I smile a lot, which increases endorphins, “the happy, content hormones”!
My husband will catch me smiling while I am driving when he passes by me on the road! I just happen to listen to uplifting spiritual podcasts that enrich my soul. When I am working from home, I listen to smooth jazz in the background.
I have been conducting hypnotherapy and coaching sessions with my upgraded Zoom account. It has worked very well for my clients! I do have a few clients that really want and need the “in-person” sessions; so of course, I am practicing all the Covid-19 protocol for everyone’s safety and comfort.
I wish everyone optimal health, well-being, happiness, peace of mind and prosperity!
