Breast cancer awareness is very close to my heart.  My dear mother contracted breast cancer and had major surgery to remove one breast when she was 51 years old.  She had great doctors and major surgeries that allowed her to live to a ripe old age. Coincidentally, I had a lumpectomy when I was 51; and the tumor was removed, thank God! I do go for regular checkups and mammograms, and I practice self-examination regularly.

I have also read several holistic health books with great content that show emotions play a very big part in many diseases, such as resentment. There is information that also links sugar as a contributing factor in cancer.

I encourage everyone to practice eating healthy nutritious foods and stay hydrated throughout the day. Take good care of yourself.
