Do You Have A Vision For 2015 & Beyond?

Vision Board in Progress

Here is an example of a vision board in progress.

Please join us in our upcoming Vision Board Workshop on Saturday, January 10, 2015!

The power of vision boards and visualization has been proven time and time again to help people achieve their goals and dreams.

Although specific words and phrases, such as affirmations, are also very effective, actually creating a tangible vision with words, phrases and pictures that depict what you want in your life gives it more powerful, positive energy and momentum.

Those of you who either read the book or saw the movie, “The Secret,” know the power of vision boards.  As you may recall, John Assaraf had a vision board that depicted the very home that he had currently moved into.  It was so breath-taking for him to realize that his vision had actually come to fruition, that he had to sit back and hold back tears.

When creating a vision for what you want in your life, you need to be very specific.  Think big, but realistically.  Vision boards meet at the crossroads of dreams and reality.  Just imagine and visualize things and relationships that you have always wanted to have and do in your life, and find physical representations of them.

Once you have created your vision board, place it in a prominent spot in your home so that you will see it at least every morning and every night.  Take a few moments to take it all in.  You may even want to close your eyes and visualize it all coming true and how that makes you feel.
