Hypnosis for Social Anxiety and Fear of Public Speaking

This type of fear is usually based on experiences in the past where you were criticized or rejected. From those experiences, you now feel that every time you are going to speak in front of others you will be judged. So, to protect yourself, you avoid putting yourself in that position. It is human nature to want to be accepted and liked by others.

What if you are alone because you are fearful of meeting new people?  What if your job or business requires that you communicate with others?

There is no need to suffer anymore. Through hypnosis, you will be guided on a journey to let go of that fear. In letting go of negative emotions, we need to bring up those emotions, allow them to surface, and then let them go. When you go through this process, you will feel an emotional and physical release.

Tips from Rosanne:

* When giving a speech or presentation, write/ or type your notes on blue paper/cards, and/or wear a blue top.  The color blue has a calming effect.

* Be sure to have a small high-protein snack (i.e., nuts, cheese, small amount of chicken/fish, etc.) 30-60 minutes before your event. Studies show that protein helps to keep your blood sugar at a healthy level, which will help decrease anxiety.

* Drink plenty of water to help balance your electrolytes and metabolism, which will help you manage your stress response.
